According to the descriptions under the fetimation link when you google fetimation, it said that this was uploaded 7 days ago but according to the text on this sigjt it said it was posted 6 days ago (it is the 25th for me btw)
I believe this is why some people think art should be off patreon a day earlier than it will be.

Patreon was doing a clean up and booted most diaperfur patreons for being too inappropriate
