It appears that I have more to my theory, people in the FCU whom are forced to wear diapers, also have like a special power that makes it to where a toilet of any kind becomes inaccessible to a diaper-wearer. Like Fet, in this example, the toilet is “Out of Order”, that’s convenient. How is a Porta-Potty “Out of Order” anyways? Someone just stand up, bend 90 degrees and… you know what. It wasn’t actually out of order, the universe in this situation had stopped Fet from reaching and using the bathroom, thus keeping him in a diaper.
